In addition to initial/revised RFP submissions or RTF/FTF reports new 
RFPs, RFIs or RFCs must be submitted on May 19. Vote to vote letters 
are tied to this deadline as well.

Please let me know if you are planning on extending any of the 
submission deadlines listed above or if you are planning on going to 
the Architecture Board and DTC or PTC for endorsement and vote.
Make sure to get your document numbers early ( from me)
