Agenda update for the Wednesday OMG SDTF meeting:
  
To accommodate "local" attendees that have to trek across Maryland, DC, and Northern VA, we moved the afternoon XTCE PICS pro forma discussion to the morning and the GEMS discussion to the afternoon, so that all of the XTCE-related work would be concentrated in the morning.
