As said during the last GSAW in LA

CCSDS has a Magenta Book for an Open Archival Information System Reference 
Model

and the PAIS (Producer Archive Interface Spec) is in the last rounds to be 
issued as a BB.

I suggest that the SDTF takes them as input for your discussions on the 
Archive RFP
