members: This is an update on preparations for the meeting in Tsukuba,
Japan, June 16-19. <o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class=MsoNormal><span style='color:#1F497D'>First a note to our colleagues
that may not routinely attend CMC/CESG/ISO meetings. We have made
arrangements for our regular CCSDS attendees and some specific guests (Mr.
Younes and Mr. Wang) to attend, with support from JAXA. If someone else
who is not a routine attendee is considering attending, please notify the
Secretariat and JAXA right away. We would be very happy to have renewed
attendance from organizations that have not attended recently, but we need to
know in advance. For this meeting in particular, it is *<b>critically
important</b>* that attendees understand the requirements for their
nation’s visa process, and they contact JAXA/Narita (</span><a
href="mailto:narita.kaneaki@jaxa.jp">narita.kaneaki@jaxa.jp</a><span
style='color:#1F497D'>) if they need any documentation to support their
