It is being held concurrently with the OMG meetings. <BR>

As always, registration is free and attendance is open, but attendees must be approved by their respective CCSDS space agency representatives. Interested representatives of other organizations who have cleared their attendance with their national space agency are also welcome. Once approved by your agency, the principal requirement for participating is that you must register and must indicate precisely which meetings you wish to attend. Total attendance is limited by the size of the facility and late registrants cannot be guaranteed a place. As always, registration for the CCSDS meeting is free but <B>YOU MUST REGISTER</B> in order to attend any of the meetings.<BR>
<BR>
You are also strongly urged to make your travel arrangements – <U>especially hotel reservations</U> - as soon as possible. Participants will be responsible for their own hotel reservations and are strongly encouraged to stay at the Marriott. The room rate at the Marriott is $199 USD per night plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 10.25%) and includes free wireless internet service to guests in the overnight rooms and public spaces.
