I've updated the BPR draft white book in line with the discussions at the telecom yesterday( 28/01/2025). Unfortunately I had some issues trying to check my updates back in so I've uploaded a new version of the file. This can be found at the

If anybody wants to try thr XML examples but has problems with GitHub let me know and I'll zip up the required XML schemas and examples and send them to you.</div>
