I also checked the links to the GitHub repo in the books and discovered that the hyperlinks in the SMURF and SPDF pointed to the wrong release but the CDE and CPIF one were okay. Don't understand that, but anyway SMURF and SPDF corrected and new packages uploaded

With respect to the "Rejected" status in the SPDF I knew there was something I forgotten to put in the e-mail. Having worked thru some examples for the SPDF while working on the BPR SM Level-0 the "Rejected" status doesn't help and is not needed, so I would
omit this from the SPDF. Basically the way it was supposed to work was that a "Rejected" request would be reported via the SMASH and a
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", monospace;">ServicePkgBdy </span>returned that contained no
<span style="font-family: "Courier New", monospace;">ServicePkgs</span>. The <span style="font-family: "Courier New", monospace;">
servicePackageStatus </span>attribute is contained in the <span style="font-family: "Courier New", monospace;">
ServicePkg </span>class and was intended to show what the current status of a particular service package is (bearing in mind that one service package request can result in multiple service packages).</div>
