<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif"> just working thro' what using the SICF means for the SMURF and SPDF, if my memory serves me correctly there should be one and only one SICF used during a pass. This being the case
it would imply that per service package there would be at most one SICF referenced. Also I think that the SICF would be needed for Offline Services.</span>
