registered names or even Id’s (siteID and apertureID). It does not have to be mandatory parameter (in case some arbitrary location is used).

I've just uploaded the latest draft of the Planning Information Formats Book to CWE, This contains the update to permit negative elevation angles and a bug fix to the schema to permit negative range rates, as discussed during todays WebEx.</span>
