up (take a look when you get a chance) and now I’m ready to copy files into the new structure. But I’m running into a problem.

if I do that, we lose the original date that the file was created in the new folders and that is an important property of many of these files. If I drag the files into the new folders, that moves (not copies) the files from their original directory but it
maintains the metadata. I think the right way to go is just to move the files.</span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>

unless I can find a break out room. So I would like to hold off on this action until the Spring meeting so we can discuss the pros and cons of moving the files without creating a copy. </span><span style="color:black"><o:p></o:p></span></p>
