<p class="MsoNormal">Last week I realized that I had forgotten to correct or make note of another change that came out of the Cleveland meeting. In discussing the “big picture” Functional Resource diagram in Cleveland, there was some confusion by having that
 version of the diagram locating the Forward Frame CSTS Provider FR in the center of the diagram, in contrast to the convention of showing all Transfer Service Provider FRs on the right-hand side of the diagram. The diagram in the updated Tech Note moves the
 Forward Frame CSTS Provider FR to its expected (right-side) position. That is the only change.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">If you want to see the new diagram but don’t want to bother with downloading the whole status package, I have attached a Word document containing just the updated FR diagram.<o:p></o:p></p>
