I wanted to let you know that the special rate of $125 for the hotel rooms where the CCSDS meeting is being held in Cleveland is only available until 4 March. So if you plan on staying there (it's a beautiful hotel and I recommend staying there at this rate)

 please make sure you register before then. If you change your mind, you can cancel your reservation up until the day before your reservation starts.
