<p class="MsoNormal">This Tech Note combines the material of the previous <i>Functional Resources for Cross Support Services</i> Tech Note with material from the more-SM-oriented
<i>Service Components in Service Profiles</i> Tech Note. By combining these two tech notes I was able to eliminate much redundancy between them and (hopefully) able to provide a more logically progressive exposure to the various elements and their relationships
to each other. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Besides combining the material from the two predecessor documents, this new update also includes various corrections and improvements to the details of the Functional Resources, based on conversations among Wolfgang Hell, Anthony Crowson,
and myself over the past several months.<o:p></o:p></p>
