an existing orange book) depends on Agencies and not on CESGers and WG

of SLS Area in this activity it shall be remarked that TM Coding
is mentioned in the Technical Note mainly to remember that TM Coding techniques
use "data redundancy requiring a large capacity growth of the communication
channel" and are then "ineffective" in the scenarios considered
by Orange Book CCSDS 551.1-O that specifies correlation of data acquired
via diverse channels .</font>
