in the new templates have been requested by the CMC, (</b>i.e. Approved
Project Status, Resource issues for approved Projects, Upcoming New Work

As its agreement at CESG level has taken some time, we are asking
everybody to use the template and give <u>only</u> feedback to your AD/DAD
during the Area Plenary to be held on 21st October 2016.</font><font size=3>

CESG will discuss all comments during its meeting on 24th October 2016,
and update the template for the next meeting in San Antonio.</font><font size=3>
