of July effect?) and from SDLS (it may be Gilles is on leave...).</font>

I have elaborated a little the inputs received
and I drafted the attached 3-rooms-compliant SLS schedule.</font><font size=3>

With this proposal SLS requests always 3 rooms with two exceptions:</font><font size=3>

- Friday afternoon we request only one room for the SLS Plenary</font><font size=3>

This proposal is not matching perfectly all your requests, but - as it
is matching the 3 rooms/day allocation - it is likely to be approved without

Some WG may also decide to have a room Friday afternoon if they are able
to run same activity without the WG Chair(s).</font><font size=3> <br>

Consider also that if you have a big under usage of allocated rooms, you

There will be a food catering at ASI for all CCSDS participants (60 €
