I have elaborated a little the inputs received and
I drafted the attached 3-rooms-compliant SLS schedule.</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">

With this proposal SLS requests always 3 rooms with two exceptions:</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">
</font><font size=2 face="Arial"><br>
- Monday morning we request two rooms</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">
</font><font size=2 face="Arial"><br>
- Friday afternoon we request only one room for the SLS Plenary</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">
</font><font size=2 face="Arial"><br>

This proposal is not matching perfectly all your requests, but - as it
is matching the 3 rooms/day allocation - it is likely to be approved without
any change.</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"> </font><font size=2 face="Arial"><br>
Some WG may also decide to have a room Friday afternoon if they are able
to run same activity without the WG Chair(s).</font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">

Consider also that if you have a big under usage of allocated rooms, you
