I have elaborated a little the inputs received and I drafted the attached 3-rooms-compliant SLS schedule.</span>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><br>
With this proposal SLS requests always 3 rooms with two exceptions:</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
<br>
- Monday morning we request two rooms</span> <span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
<br>
- Friday afternoon we request only one room for the SLS Plenary</span> <br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><br>
This proposal is not matching perfectly all your requests, but - as it is matching the 3 rooms/day allocation - it is likely to be approved without any change.</span>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif""><br>
Some WG may also decide to have a room Friday afternoon if they are able to run same activity without the WG Chair(s).</span>

Consider also that if you have a big under usage of allocated rooms, you may get reprimands.</span>
