Dear Laura,

Please find attached the Agenda for the SLS Area Plenary.

Right now the meeting is scheduled for Friday 21 October in the morning,
starting at 8:45 AM CEST.

Given that some of the participants will not attend physically and are
located at a substantially different time zone, I would like to know if it
would be possible to hold the meeting in the afternoon (e.g. meeting room
available?).

Kind regards,

Ignacio
