<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Attached please find the latest versions of both the Generic Session Control White Book as well as the revised Prox-1 Data Link Layer Book.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Tom Gannett did a great job reorganizing these books. Since the COP-P is such a short amount of info, we decided to put it into the Generic Session book as a separate chapter. This avoids the need to disrupt
the existing COP-1 book, where the thought was to combine COP-1 and COP-P together.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Please review these two books (I have already provided comments contained in the attached version of the Generic Session Control book) to me as soon as you can, since the commercial lunar projects are depending
upon them. We will follow up at our Spring meeting at APL in early June as well. Also look later this spring for some telecons on this topic as progress is made.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
