<a href="https://public.ccsds.org/review/default.aspx">https://public.ccsds.org/review/default.aspx</a> and the review closes on Oct. 31<o:p></o:p></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo1">ESA has written a RID against SPP. My approach and preference is to treat it as a Technical Corrigendum. It concerns the option to allow idle packets to not have an incrementing packet

This involves two inputs from SLP WG in the form of normative annexes in 211.0-B-6 (Prox-1 SDLP): a) Default
Session control parameters for Mars and Lunar Operations, and b) S and Ka band directives for Lunar. Please see the following two files for the current state of those annexes. They will be discussed with the goal of coming to consensus at the joint SLP/C&S/RF&Mod
