is long concluded; normative material (e.g. short LDPC for uplink) that traced its origins to NGU is now covered by the TC coding Blue Book; performance material will be covered in the new version of<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">Considering the fact that the NGU WG does not exist more, I want to poll all the existing WG in SLS Area to verify if there is any disagreement with the proposal to give the CCSDS Historical designation
(Silver Book) to this document.</span> <br>
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">As you know, this designation is reserved for any approved CCSDS document that has been superseded by a more recent version or is for any other reason considered to be obsolete.
