<font size="2" face="sans-serif">Greg, after the brainstorming below I thought that an effort shall be made to keep contiguous the fields for version + SCID + VCID .</font><br>
<font size="2" face="sans-serif">Less important may be the MAP ID but worth discussing.</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">If USLP would be allowed to use two frame version there could be a version with 12 bits SCID and a version with 20 bits SCID (actaullay 1 bit less if we use 5 bits for frame version; i.e. 4 bit + subversion).</font><br>

<font size="2" face="sans-serif">This is brainstorming again but it may be worthdiscussing it widely.</font><br>
