The words +ACI-Packet Service+ACI- and +ACI-Virtual Channel Packet Service+ACI- have been already 
defined respectively. This change will give rise to the confusion.

The definitions of the words are following+ADs-
1. MAP Packet Service (used in CCSDS TC Space Data Link Protocol)
  Packet +AD0APg-  create MAP +AD0APg-  insert +ACI-Transfer Frame+ACI- +AD0APg- transfer

2. Virtual Channel Packet Service (used in CCSDS TC Space Data Link Protocol)
  Packet +AD0APg-  insert +ACI-Transfer Frame+ACI- +AD0APg- transfer

3. Packet Service (used in CCSDS TM Space Data Link Protocol and CCSDS AOS Space Data Link Protocol)
  Packet +AD0APg-  MAP Packet Processing  +AD0APg-  insert +ACI-Transfer Frame+ACI- +AD0APg- transfer


When +ACI-Packet Service+ACI- is changed to +ACI-Virtual Channel Packet Service +ACI-,
+ACI-Virtual Channel Packet Service+ACI- has double meaning as below+ADs-

DISPOSITION: Not Accepted.

The MAP Packet Service does not exist in TM nor in AOS. It only exists in TC. Therefore, there is no basis for a misunderstanding.
Before AOS and TM were restructured, the term Virtual Channel Packet Service was used. When I spoke to the author of the restructuring, I was told that the term was shortened to Packet Service. However in retrospect this was deemed an omission. Therefore, restoring the name back to the original Virtual Channel Packet Service is needed.
