clearly convey the fact that the PAYLOAD or FRAME DATA FIELD of the frame
contains idle data, and that other fields of the transfer frame such as Insert
Zone (AOS), Frame Secondary Header (TM), or OCF (all) DO NOT contain Idle data.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
