Subject: NASA CMLP Study Report ...<br>
Date: Fri, 5 Oct 2007 18:54:47 -0400<br><br>
<font size=2>Dear IOAG Heads of Delegation,<br>
<br>
<b><u>CMLP Study<br>
</u></b>The NASA Coding, Modulation, and Link Protocol (CMLP) Study is
now available for viewing on the IOAG website. Due to the large
file size of the report, I was unable to send it to you as an email
attachment. The report has been divided into four large files (9 to
10 MB each), so please be patient as you download the files.<br>
<br>
<u>Please note</u>: The current NASA CMLP report includes an
analysis of multiple access techniques, as well as the coding,
modulation, and link protocol topics. The multiple access
techniques topic has not yet been completed. That part of the study
will be made available when it is finished.<br>

Protocol (CMLP) Study” link on the IOAG home page (under Plans and
