<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">As noted in my message earlier today, the requirements for attendee registration with NASA Ames Research Center have been finalized. Unfortunately, we have only been given until this coming Friday, 5 April 2019, to submit
information for all attendees.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US"><o:p> </o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">For meeting attendees who are not United States Citizens, complete the attached IV Form Part 1 and return it to me with a scanned copy of your passport. If you applied for a visa to attend the Technical Meetings, please
send a scanned copy of your visa to me as well. If you have applied for a visa but have not yet received it, please inform me as soon as possible. You may complete IV Form Part 1 in Microsoft Word or print the form and complete by hand. The CCSDS Secretariat
will submit IV Form Part 2 for all attendees.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b><span lang="EN-US" style="color:red">Again, all meeting attendees who are not United States Citizens need to submit this information no later than 5 April 2019.<o:p></o:p></span></b></p>
