in the scheduled videoconf:</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">- Key DB Status Request Procedure: I
am still not convinced we need it. The reason is now that we have the Key
Verification reporting the status of the keys and we require octet alignment
for all PDUs, we can easily fit the key state information also in the Key
Verification Response. This would make the Key DB Status Request Response
really only a specific case of the Key Verification Response. </font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Bruno and Craig need to update their
parts as per actions and agreements in Cleveland. You can send your inputs
to me and I will integrate them. Once we got everything, I will do a general
clean up revision including using a clean new template and fill it with
the contents. This way, we ensure that we adopt the latest CCSDS template
for Blue Books.</font>
