It took a long time, with a lot of discussion, a lot of changes, and a lot of work to prove that it works. Thank you to the authors and especially Craig Biggerstaff who took on the unenviable job of primary author/editor. Thank you implementers and testers
from CNES, NASA, and ESA who took on the job of independently and successfully interpreting the written specification and successfully performing interoperability tests.<br>

attached mail).</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; color:#1F497D" lang="EN-US">Many thanks to all contributors with a special mention for our technical editor Craig who managed to write a coherent high quality document while
keeping track of our continuous modifications. We now can concentrate on the SDLS green book and the extended procedures blue book which are much needed complements to our first blue book.</span></p>
