Dear Gilles,

I see no problem with the additional text below that the SDLS WG has added to §6.5.2.2 (TC and USLP). It helps to clarify.
I will ensure that Tom Gannett includes this additional text in both documents.

“Therefore, mixing Type-AD and Type-BD frames on the same VC secured by SDLS is generally not advised unless Type-BD frames are sent only after all Type-AD frames have been accepted on-board.”
Best regards,
Greg

Subject: [EXTERNAL] Re: SDLS-COP-1 Order of Processing in TC and USLP

Dear Greg,

Following our discussion today within the SDLS WG, we have modified the proposed text for the NOTE in the TC and USLP pink sheets related to potential problem with SDLS when sequence of AD and BD frames are sent on the same VC. This modified text is in §6.5.2.2 (TC and USLP) of the attached files. The same text will be inserted in the SDLS GB.

If there is any problem with the proposed text, please advise.

Best regards,
Gilles
