is still far away. However, I need to freeze the dates in order to commit
rooms and other facilities and to get the Area Director's approval.</FONT>

meetings regularly while other 3 members only attend occasionally.

face=sans-serif size=2>It seems, therefore, that the initial choice was

to SFCG-25, Nov. 16-18 may present logistics problems. Could I get the view of
the two participating members who have not replied yet?</FONT> <BR><BR><FONT

Fall 2005 meeting</FONT></TR></TBODY></TABLE><BR><BR><FONT face=sans-serif
size=2>Dear All,</FONT> <BR><BR><FONT face=sans-serif size=2>during the Athens
meeting I proposed Nov. 21-25 for our meetings to be held somewhere in Europe.
The reasons behind this choice are the SFCG-25 in China in October and the ITU
WP7B meeting in Geneva that ends on November 14 (Monday!)</FONT> <BR><FONT
face=sans-serif size=2>Nobody opposed my proposal.</FONT> <BR><BR><FONT
face=sans-serif size=2>Working on the minutes of the meeting, I have just
discovered that Nov. 24 is Thanksgiving and therefore that the US members of
our WGs may not be able to attend.</FONT> <BR><BR><FONT face=sans-serif
size=2>Please let me know if we can maintain such date or an alternate date
like Nov. 29 (Tuesday)-Dec. 2 would be a better choice. Possible venues are
ESOC in Germany or Alenia in Rome.</FONT> <BR><BR><FONT face=sans-serif
