<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">during the Athens meeting I proposed Nov. 21-25 for our meetings to be held somewhere in Europe. The reasons behind this choice are the SFCG-25 in China in October and the ITU WP7B meeting in Geneva that ends on October 14 (Monday!)</font>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Nobody opposed my proposal.</font>

<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Working on the minutes of the meeting, I have just discovered that Nov. 24 is Thanksgiving and therefore that the US members of our WGs may not be able to attend.</font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">Please let me know if we can maintain such date or an alternate date like Nov. 29 (Tuesday)-Dec. 2 would be a better choice. Possible venues are ESOC in Germany or Alenia in Rome.</font>
