the eve of the virtual technical meetings, I have a few requests from the
Secretariat.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-Bottom:0px"><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri">In
lieu of an opening plenary for these virtual meetings, I have drafted a
plenary presentation, attached, with content from Margherita di Giulio
and Tom Gannett. You can use the presentation during your meetings if you
would like. The presentation will also be posted to the CCSDS public website
meetings page.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-Bottom:0px"><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri">In
this presentation I have included a slide about the recently redesigned
public website with instructions on providing feedback. The Secretariat
would love to hear your thoughts and those of your working groups if you
review the site or discuss it during your meetings. For the moment, the
old version of the CCSDS public website is still accessible should you
wish to compare. All pages on the CCSDS public website end in “.aspx”.
To view the old version, simply replace “.aspx with “_old.aspx”. In
