with RFM WG meeting start on May 4 (Monday), I would like to give the usual
deadline for inputs to the RFM WG (as per C&S WG announcement):</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

- Friday 3 April -> deadline to indicate the intended inputs (titles)</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">
</span><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"><br>
- Friday 17 April -> deadline to provide the actual inputs</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

</span><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"><br>
Such deadlines are aligned with the C&S WG for joint inputs.</span>

<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">We currently have
RFM WG sessions on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, a joint with C&S
and Optical WGs on Tuesday afternoon and a joint with DDOR and C&S
WGs on Wednesday morning.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"> </span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">The expected input(s)
by the DDOR WG will normally be discussed on Wednesday morning unless otherwise
announced once the full papers list is available.</span>
