<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">with the help of my colleague Salvador, we fixed the editing issues that Wai had with the pictures in 2.4.18 and 2.4.23. Note that I also fixed a few more issues, also in other parts of the documents:
the changes are tracked with my revision marks. These docs have _chair at the end of the file name.</span>

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">If Wai is fine with my changes, I propose to use these attachments as starting point for the discussion.</span>

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">I have also prepared a draft version of 2.4.17A called pre-BLUE responding to all RIDs except one that should be rejected in my opinion. In addition, I changed the text suggested in my RID for 8PSK
constellation to be identical to the one proposed by Wai for 2.4.18 and 2.4.23. I suggest we use this version when we review the RIDs.</span>
