<span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Dear All,</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">with the help
of my colleague Salvador, we fixed the editing issues that Wai had with
the pictures in 2.4.18 and 2.4.23. Note that I also fixed a few more issues,
also in other parts of the documents: the changes are tracked with my revision
marks. These docs have _chair at the end of the file name.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">If Wai is fine
with my changes, I propose to use these attachments as starting point for
the discussion.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">I have also prepared
a draft version of 2.4.17A called pre-BLUE responding to all RIDs except
one that should be rejected in my opinion. In addition, I changed the text
suggested in my RID for 8PSK constellation to be identical to the one proposed
by Wai for 2.4.18 and 2.4.23. I suggest we use this version when we review
the RIDs.</span>

<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">to speed up the
packed one-day meeting, I have asked Wai if on top of the change requests
documented in SLS-RFM_18-17 he would kindly introduce the changes in the
two recommendations under discussion. He nicely agreed to do that.</span>

sending the provided change requests as attachments to the above mentioned
document. A big thanks to Wai.</span>

I need to send a rev. 1 to ESA's input SLS-RFM_18-12 since I got some feedback
on the whole recommendation by ESA's flight dynamic team this morning.
I think it is important material that we should discuss.</span>
