Dear All,

to accommodate C&S WG chair constraints and thanks to DDOR WG cancellation
freeing the necessary room, the joint RFM and C&S meeting is being shifted
to Tuesday morning.

This means a gap on Tuesday afternoon followed by RFM WG all day
Wednesday.

I hope this causes no problems to you. If somebody prefers to start on
Tuesday afternoon with the RFM WG and nobody has problem with this, let me
know quickly so that I can still arrange for this change.

Regards, Enrico

Dear All,

the "current" technical meetings plan was posted on the web yesterday. It
shows RFM WG meetings on Tuesday and Wednesday, and joint mtg with C&S on
Wednesday afternoon.

However, it turns out that there is a need to shift the C&S WG activities
toward the beginning of the week. The new schedule that will be posted in
the coming days will have:

Monday 09 April - all day C&S
Tuesday 10 April - pm joint RFM and C&S
Wednesday 11 - all day RFM

The SLS plenary will take place as per "current" schedule on Friday 13,
pm.

I trust that this should not cause too many problems for the RFM WG since
the days have remained the same and only the session topics have changed.

The joint work with DDOR will be addressed on Wednesday either am or pm
depending on the inputs received.

Please remember that the same constraints below concerning input papers
apply to our WG.

Best Regards, Enrico
