    <p>The Optical Working Group meeting will start today at 1:30pm in

      room 1412 of the Herbert C. Hoover building. Please allow time for

      entering through security for the building. You will need to be

      escorted once inside. If you are joining virtually, please use the

      connection information previously sent by Lena.<br>

    </p>

    <p>We will need to conclude promptly at 5:00pm each day.<br>

    </p>

    <p>Attached for your reference is our agenda for the week, along

      with the over all meeting schedule with room assignments.</p>
