(d) "follow-up with current implementers", we are preparing a
list of questions for implementers about the choices they made for the
parts that looked ambiguous in the standard (and that we are planing to
clarify in the B-3).</span>

<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">So, we have been
through the document again and <b>we have identified several issues that
still seem to be open to interpretation, even in the revised document submitted
in November (MHDCA-1810-5 (a)).</b></span>

<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif"><b><u>Could you
please review the marked-up draft</u></b> in "CWE Private\121.0-B-3-DRAFT\121x0b3-DRAFT-2019_04_04_ESA_comments.docx"
so that we can reach consensus during the next meeting? (the plan is to
take also into account the answers from implementers).</span>
