The book was produced by the "Uplink Working Group" (chaired Greg if I remember well).

This group does not exist anymore and it does not look worth an effort for resurrect it.

After some preliminary discussion, an indication for silverization is evident.</span><span style=" font-size:12pt" class="">

Considering the fact that the NGU WG does not exist more, I want to poll all the existing WG in SLS Area to verify if there is any disagreement with the proposal to give the CCSDS Historical designation (Silver Book) to this document.</span><span style=" font-size:12pt" class="">

As you know, this designation is reserved for any approved CCSDS document that has been superseded by a more recent version or is for any other reason considered to be obsolete.
