 (unlike now, where it says {t-1, t, ..., max(0, t-V_t)}, which I think it's not easily interpretable).  In eq 14, the order was from greater to lower; I suggest we are consistent in all equations giving sequences of time points.

I think your comment on eq 16 can be better solved by introducing a simplification in the standard (it does not change my code). Please have a look if this addresses your issue. I put Miguel on copy as he has helped with the standard enormously and I would
