<p class="MsoNormal">The registration site for the CCSDS Spring
Technical Meeting
in Portsmouth, Virginia, USA has been opened and is accessible at <a
moz-do-not-send="true"

Please note that the meetings will start at 8am and run to 5pm each
evening
with a lunch break scheduled at 12pm every afternoon. NASA will be
providing lunches for meeting participants.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">CCSDS has reserved a block of rooms at the
Renaissance
Portsmouth Hotel where the meetings will be held at a special rate for

<p class="MsoNormal">The opening plenary will begin at 8:45am on
Monday, 3 May
2010. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The Fall 2010 meeting will be in London, England
from 25-29
October 2010. For that Fall meeting in London, we will distribute the
letters of invitation from BNSC to attendees at this Spring meeting in
Portsmouth. if you need a letter of invitation for visa processing,
and
if you requested a letter of invitation for the Spring 2010 meeting, we
will
automatically provide one to you at the Spring meeting. If you have
not
requested one for Spring 2010 and you will need one for Fall 2010, tell
us in
an e-mail to the Secretariat (<a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="mailto:secretariat@mailman.ccsds.org"><span
style="color: windowtext;">secretariat@mailman.ccsds.org</span></a>)
by 23 April
and we will have it for you at this meeting.<o:p></o:p></p>
