to CCSDS 131.0, please be informed that SLS AD provided me with some recommended
changes before issuing the SLS resolution for starting the Agency Review
(see attachment).</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Except some additional
notes or section numbering, the main change is regarding using the naming
"Earth-to-Space" rather then forward link, that can be misleading.</span>
<br>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Taking into account
that naming is in line with the CCSDS 131.2 and 131.3, and still there
is the Agency Review as forum for solving different opinions, as C&S
WG chair I endorsed such changes for not delaying further the project.</span>
