<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-Bottom:0px"><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri">We
had originally proposed the days for this SCCS-ARD coordination meeting
for the week of 3 June, before the CESG Meetings.  On 7 May you informed
me that this would not work, so the next day I proposed moving the meeting
to one of the days 15, 16, or 17 June, after the CESG meeting.</span></p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-Bottom:0px"><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri"> </span></p>
<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-Bottom:0px"><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri">At
this point I have responses from many of those who were invited, but only
one of the key SLS Area and WG leads, Greg Kazz.  Hamkins has also
agreed to participate.  The screenshot of those who have responded
is attached.</span></p>

<p style="margin-top:0px;margin-Bottom:0px"><span style=" font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri">I
believe that it is important to have concurrence on this revision to the
SCCS-ARD.  More so for SLS because there have been a lot of changes
in your area that must be accommodated: USLP, optical comm, and VCM among
them.  Security, CSS CSTS and SM are also affected and they are participating.</span></p>
