I would like to inform you that I am resigning my role of chairperson of

Unfortunately, due to some re-organization on my side, i will need to dedicate
all of my time to a flight project for the coming years, <br>

As some of you already know, ESA would like to propose Andrea Modenini
as my replacement as WG chairperson. The official request</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

will come later on via the proper channels (CMC I suppose), but I would
like to inform you that this will be the proposal.</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

You all have seen Andrea in the WG over the past few years, so you don't
need an introduction. I would just like to say that Andrea is very motivated</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

and dedicated to his work, and I'm sure he'll cover this role very professionally
and effectively, if CCSDS decides to accept this proposal.</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

I hope that Ken can go on in his role as deputy. Andrea will certainly
needs his help and expertise, which has been fundamental to me over the

I am grateful to all of you for the work we did together over the past
decade and more...My first CCSDS meeting was back in 2008, in Berlin...</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

Quite a few things have happened since. I would like to believe that we
