-Update of CER results (C. Dudal's comment): thanks to the comment, ESA
realised that the wrong optimal OBO was reported for 128APSK in the Nonlinear

 In the new draft figures and tables are updated with the correct values
and the trend w.r.t. 64APSK seems fine, showing better results at the price
of slightly higher OBO. <br>
 For 256APSK ESA crosschecked and confirmed the results already reported.</span><span style=" font-size:12pt;font-family:Times New Roman">
