<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Dear all,
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
following the deadline for the WG review of the SCCC-X draft Orange Book (yesterday), you can find the received comments in CWE, at :
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">https://tinyurl.com/r2pz4aw
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
and below for your convenience.
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
- E. Vassallo
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
- C. Dudal

<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
ESA (A. Modenini) addressed the comments and provided an updated draft, attached here for your convenience (and in CWE at the link above)
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
In detail: <span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
-Constellation pictures (128 and 256) re-done, so that they are really square (E. Vassallo's comment)
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
-Replacement of FD code structure (Figure 5-6) with XOR instead of Multiplier (A. Modenini's comment) (the editorial change affects the sequence after the parallel to serial, now using the proper XOR sign)
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
-Update of CER results (C. Dudal's comment): thanks to the comment, ESA realised that the wrong optimal OBO was reported for 128APSK in the Nonlinear numerical results.
In the new draft figures and tables are updated with the correct values and the trend w.r.t. 64APSK seems fine, showing better results at the price of slightly higher OBO.
For 256APSK ESA crosschecked and confirmed the results already reported.
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
For Enrico and Clèment: could you please check if the new draft satisfies your requests? With the coming Xmas break, I suppose you may not manage easily before...2nd week of January?
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
I will wait for your feedback by then (10th January, if you can make it earlier it's even better obviously) and proceed with the processing (depending on your answers).
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
Best regards, <span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">

ESA (Andrea) just provided an updated version of the SCCC-X (131.20-O) Orange Book, including the simulation results (annex), as agreed in Darmstadt (AI_19_11 in the minutes).
<span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">
With this message, I would like to start the WG review. <span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">

As for other WG reviews, we don't have a standard format for the comments. You can use the standard CCSDS RID format used for Agency Review, if you wish so, but you are not

obliged to do so. <span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">

If you wish, you can also use the following CWE area to leave your comments (in that case I would appreciate if you let me know)
