interpretation is that the WG review is closed successfully, and on behalf
of the WG I would ask the Area Director to trigger the process</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">for its publication.
ESA will provide the relevant material (word documents, figures) shortly
to the editor.</span>

realised that the wrong optimal OBO was reported for 128APSK in the Nonlinear

values and the trend w.r.t. 64APSK seems fine, showing better results at
the price of slightly higher OBO. <br>
  For 256APSK ESA crosschecked and confirmed the results already reported.</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">
