the final version of the orange book (same as the one distributed on 18
December).</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">With this, my
interpretation is that the WG review is closed successfully, and on behalf
of the WG I would ask the Area Director to trigger the process</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">for its publication.
ESA will provide the relevant material (word documents, figures) shortly
to the editor.</span>

-Update of CER results (C. Dudal's comment): thanks to the comment, ESA
realised that the wrong optimal OBO was reported for 128APSK in the Nonlinear
numerical results. <br>
In the new draft figures and tables are updated with the correct
values and the trend w.r.t. 64APSK seems fine, showing better results at
the price of slightly higher OBO. <br>
For 256APSK ESA crosschecked and confirmed the results already reported.</span><span style=" font-size:12pt">

You can use the standard CCSDS RID format used for Agency Review, if you
