pictures of Bit Mapping into 128/256APSK Constellations appear to be vertically
squeezed (well known MATLAB problem) so that the shape is elliptical and
not circular. In light of similar issues we had with lower order constellations
(had to have them redrawn for the RFM recommendations), it would be good
if you could fix the problem and generate better pictures.</span>

provided an updated version of the SCCC-X (131.20-O) Orange Book, including
the simulation results (annex), as agreed in Darmstadt (AI_19_11 in the
minutes).</span>

I would like to start the WG review.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Similarly to the
on-going review of the DVB-S2X Orange Book, your comments are expected
by in 6 weeks, with deadline 17 December.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">As for other WG
reviews, we don't have a standard format for the comments. You can use
the standard CCSDS RID format used for Agency Review, if you wish so, but
you are not</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">obliged to do
so.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">Please address
the comments to Andrea (andrea.modenini@esa.int) and myself, we will take
care of collecting them.</span>
