this in case we were discussing the Orange Book (231.1-O-1), for which
a decision (confirm for another 5 years/silverize/else) is needed.</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">The Orange Book
includes performance curves and, even if the Green Book will have more
up-to-date results, is the only CCSDS public reference for these</span>
<br><span style=" font-size:10pt;font-family:sans-serif">results, for the
time being. I fail to see this for the NGU Green Book, where the only relevant
performance figure I can point out is the following:</span>
